Secure condominium owner portal with document management, news, event scheduling, and role-based administration.
Developed a full-stack web platform for the STWEG Rössliwiese condominium owners’ association in Bichwil, Switzerland. The project combines a public-facing website with a secure owner portal that centralizes property-related communication, documents, news, and events.
The platform features role-based access control, protected document storage with presigned upload and download workflows, owner-only content, and an administrative area for managing users, documents, announcements, and appointments. The interface was designed to be clean, responsive, and easy to use across desktop and mobile devices.
The Challenge
The condominium owners’ association needed a central and secure digital space for property-related information. Documents, announcements, and appointments had to be accessible to authorized owners while keeping sensitive content protected and simple to manage for administrators.
The Solution
Built a responsive public website and a protected owner portal using Next.js and TypeScript. Implemented authentication with email allowlisting and password protection, role-based administration, document management with secure Cloudflare R2 uploads and downloads, plus news and event management. Neon Postgres and Drizzle ORM provide the database layer, while Vercel handles EU-based deployment.
